Terms of Service
1. What you get
- Free previews may be viewed without an account.
- Free downloads are subject to a fair-use quota (shown on your account page).
- Paid bundles and passes grant the download and re-download rights described at checkout.
2. License — what you may and may not do
- Allowed: print unlimited copies for your own children, your classroom, or your school, from files you downloaded legitimately (free quota, purchase, or active pass).
- Not allowed: re-selling, re-uploading, sharing download links or ZIP files, posting our PDFs on other websites, Telegram/WhatsApp groups or marketplaces, removing watermarks or branding, or using automated tools/bots to bulk-download.
- Violation may lead to suspension of your account and downloads without notice, and we reserve the right to pursue remedies for piracy.
3. Accounts
- You must provide a valid email and phone number. One account per household/school user; sharing logins publicly is not permitted.
- Parents/guardians are responsible for accounts used by children. We do not knowingly offer accounts directly to children under 18.
- We may suspend accounts engaged in fraud, chargeback abuse, bulk scraping, or redistribution.
4. Payments
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking, wallets). Prices are in INR and include all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Access (downloads, passes) activates after confirmed payment. Failed or pending payments grant nothing until confirmed.
- Discount codes apply only at checkout and cannot be combined unless stated.
5. Refunds
See our Refund Policy. In short: our products are instantly downloadable digital files, so all sales are final and no refunds are offered. If a file fails to download/open/print, or the wrong bundle was delivered, contact support@childpathshala.com with your order ID and we will re-share the correct file to you free of charge, usually within 1–2 business days.
6. Liability
- Worksheets are educational aids, not a guarantee of academic results.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for printing costs, indirect or consequential losses.
7. Changes and contact
- We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. Material changes to paid products will be honoured as purchased.
