ChildPathshala ("we", "us", "our") is dedicated to safe, screen-free educational practice through printable worksheets and curriculum resources. We are guided by three strict principles: zero advertising tracking, we never sell or rent your personal data, and children's privacy is always protected.
2. Information We Collect
- Parent & Educator Account Details: Name, email address, password (stored via strong cryptographic hashing), account role (parent/teacher), and optional billing address for tax invoices.
- Order & Transaction History: Purchase dates, bundle selections, download entitlements, and membership pass validity.
- Payment Processing: Handled entirely through PCI-DSS certified gateway Razorpay or PayPal. We never see, store, or process your credit card numbers, debit card PINs, or UPI credentials.
- Educational Usage: Aggregate page views, worksheet downloads, and search queries used strictly to maintain server performance, enforce download quotas, and detect automated bots.
- Games & Interactive Activities: Game scores are saved locally on the player's device by default. Entering a display nickname for leaderboards is completely optional and does not require a phone number or child personal identity.
3. Child Privacy & AI Worksheet Studio Policy
ChildPathshala accounts and purchases are strictly managed by parents, legal guardians, and school educators.
- No Direct Profiling of Children: We do not build commercial behavioral profiles of children or collect personal identifiers from minors.
- AI Worksheet & Homework Assistance: When a parent or educator inputs a practice prompt or uploads a homework photo to generate worksheets:
- Uploaded homework images and text prompts are processed transiently solely to generate the requested practice worksheet or solution explanation.
- Images and prompt data are never used to train third-party AI models.
- Temporary processing files are automatically cleared within 24 hours.
- Audio/voice inputs are converted to text locally or via secure transient APIs and are never stored as biometric voice profiles.
- Worksheet practice takes place primarily offline with real pencil and paper in your home or classroom.

- Request a copy of personal information linked to your account.
- Correct, update, or rectify any details.

6. Security Measures
We enforce modern technical safeguards including TLS/SSL encryption across all connections, bcrypt password hashing, secure session management, role-based access control, and periodic vulnerability reviews.
